What’s the difference between Agency-Led and Brand-Led partnerships?
  • Agency-Led: The agency fully manages its clients while Brand Alignment provides the service behind the scenes. We handle all brand protection efforts, but communication and billing are strictly through the agency. The agency remains the sole point of contact for their clients.
  • Brand-Led: Agencies refer brands to Brand Alignment, and we take full responsibility for service delivery. We work directly with the brand while the agency earns a referral fee per activated brand.
  • In an Agency-Led partnership, the agency is the only point of contact for the brands. Brand Alignment provides full brand protection services but does not communicate with the brands directly.
  • In a Brand-Led partnership, we work directly with the brand, ensuring full transparency while the agency benefits from a referral fee.

There are no minimum requirements to join as an agency partner. However, agencies with multiple brands may qualify for exclusive partner discounts based on the number of brands they manage or refer.

 

Yes. Agencies receive an Exclusive Partner Discount on the monthly fee per brand. Additional incentives may apply for agencies that onboard multiple brands.
